There is now overwhelming research on the benefits of regular meditation including mental clarity, emotional well-being, and improved health. There are so many different ways to meditate and just as many misconceptions about what meditation is and isn’t. Find out how much easier it is than you think! Don’t worry; sitting like a pretzel is optional! All are welcome.
Tuesdays at 4 – 4:45 PM Starting up again January 2, 2017
I invite you to come and meditate with me on Tuesdays at 4 PM. Very little instruction will be given (because very little is truly needed). Just come with your yoga mat and pillow (some chairs available), sit, share in the silence, and bring your heart-felt intention to know your true and sacred self. That alone is the key. Please be prepared to respect the quiet nature of the practice and refrain from unnecessary talking both before, during, and after. Do not worry about disrupting others with movement, coming or going. Just take care of you.
Tuesdays at 5 – 5:30 PM (following meditation)
This is for anyone who has questions about the meditative process and would like to know more. It is an opportunity to clear up any misperceptions or misunderstandings. It is conducted in the same manner as meditation,in order to maintain a sense of sacred space,so please refrain from unnecessary talk.
